Rogerian Argument

Our next assignment is a Rogerian Argument.  In this essay we have to take our informative essay that we recently finished and turn it into a discussion where you argue your side and convince your audience to side with you.  Within this essay we are required to use logos, pathos, and ethos to support your evidence.  We also have to include “naysayers” and agree to disagree with their point of views. This paper needs to be at least 2000 words this time instead of the usual 1500, which is something I will probably struggle with but I’m optimistic.

  1. I believe the naysayer is someone who opposes your viewpoint so you would have to disagree with them. I'm assuming this because nay is another word for no so naysayer would be someone who says no to your idea. In the research paper we just finished my final word count was over 2100 but I had too much information for the paper we were writing. Now with this paper I think I may have limited my information too small. I guess I will see as I start writing it, Good luck on your paper.
